Shipping policy

Our website stock is also our in store stock. Although we do aim to collect your orders as soon as they come through, sometimes an item might sell in store beforehand. If this happens we will let you know immediately and a full refund will be given. Feel free to call us on 07 866 4370 prior to your purchase to confirm stock availability.

DELIVERY CHARGES (postage and handling)
Within New Zealand: $10 shipping for orders under $200, $15 for orders over $200, 1 – 3 working days from dispatch
To Australia: $30 shipping, 3 – 12 working days from dispatch
Rest of the world: $40 shipping, 10 – 15 days working days from dispatch
Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only

We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours, weekends excluded. We can not deliver to a PO Box, please supply a physical address.

TAXES AND DUTIES
All prices are in New Zealand $.
For International orders, import duty, customs fees and local sales taxes (levies) may be charged to you by the destination country’s authorities, depending upon the laws and regulations of that country. All international deliveries are made ‘delivery duties unpaid’ (ddu), as the recipient, you are liable for all levies charged by the destination country you are shipping to. Payment of these levies may be necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. Stilo Design is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.
