Refund Policy:
If you are not happy with the items you have purchased you are welcome to return it for a full refund. Please package the garment and send it to us within 7 days of receiving it, provided the item is in the same condition as it was sent, has not been worn and has tags intact, we will issue you a full refund promptly. Unfortunately if it is later than 7 days we may not be able to issue a refund.
The cost of your return is not covered by Stilo Design, this is at your own cost. However if you wish to exchange your item we will cover the cost of sending the new garment to you.
We are a boutique store and only carry a small selection of sizes and colours in store, so please choose carefully! Please feel free to call us before you purchase, we are happy to assist you over the phone with any questions.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON SALE ITEMS
If you have a found a garment to have a flaw or a fault please contact us immediately.
Please be sure to contact us BEFORE sending any return back. You can then courier your item back or deliver it in store.

2. Please take care to package your return, preferable re-using the packaging that your order arrived in. Include your proof of purchase.

4. Please choose an express trackable shipping method. We are unable to accept responsibility for packages we do not ship ourselves. Please do not use a standard post as this option is not trackable and can take too long to arrive back which can affect your refund.
